Run three or more properties through us and we fix a per-unit rate over the phone, so you get a number you can build into your fee or pass to the landlord, plus a single person to deal with instead of re-quoting each void. Where you have HMOs, their extra bathrooms and shared kitchens are baked into that rate, not sprung on you at invoice time.

Is there a rate for landlords and agents?
There is. Run three or more managed properties through us and we agree a per-unit price on a call. Tell us your rough volume and we will land on a figure.
Are the cleaners vetted and covered?
Yes. Everyone on a crew is DBS-checked, and we hold public liability cover. We are happy to show the paperwork when you open an account with us.
Will you follow our inventory?
We work to whatever inventory the property is scored against, which is the exact document your checkout clerk reads from.
How quickly can a property be turned?
We plan around your handover dates, Monday to Friday 9 to 5, with weekends by arrangement. Lock the slot in as soon as you have the tenant out date and we keep the void short.
Can each property be billed separately?
Yes. Invoice each turnover on its own, or have them batched to fit your accounts, whichever is less work for you.
What happens if the checkout raises an issue?
The 48-hour re-clean guarantee covers it. If your clerk or the incoming tenant flags a cleaning point within two days, we return and put it right free.
