Fair prices, no catch

Affordable end of tenancy cleaning in Liverpool.

Low-cost should not translate into a no-show and a bill that swells on the day. You get published figures from £130, the 48-hour re-clean guarantee on every booking, and the total pinned in writing before anyone picks up a cloth.

Checked July 2026.

Every figure on the page. Nothing hidden. 48-hour re-clean guarantee.

The catch in a bargain quote

Where a cheap number goes to hide.

Hunt for a rock-bottom checkout clean and you will turn up prices under ours. A few are straight. Many swell the moment the crew is in your kitchen: a surcharge for condition, a fee for the drive over, a charge for equipment nobody mentioned when you rang. Cheaper still is the booking that never shows, leaving you stranded the night before handover.

What a botched clean really costs you is not on the invoice. It is the checkout you fail, with money peeled off your deposit because the inventory standard was not met, and a hurried two-hour visit does not meet it. Real value is the whole figure once the deposit has settled.

  • Red flag: a quote only ever spoken, never put in writing
  • Red flag: no guarantee anywhere in sight
  • Red flag: not a single review you can track down
  • Red flag: cash wanted up front before anyone has seen the property

Affordable, our way

A price list, not a negotiation.

Nothing is hidden: studio £130, 1-bed £155, 2-bed £190, 3-bed £240, 4-bed £310, and £390 upward for 5 bedrooms or more, add-ons printed beside them. We fix that number in writing before the job, and it stays put.

Sitting under the price is the 48-hour re-clean guarantee, a timestamped photo set and an itemised receipt. Should the agent pick up a cleaning point we were meant to cover, we come back for free. That is the real economy of a fixed price: the same clean never lands on your bill twice.

Honest ways to spend less

Shave the bill without dropping the standard.

A few straight moves bring the cost down. Book with notice, since a planned slot slides in more easily than a frantic last call. Sharing a house? One fixed price splits across the tenants. And do the rough prep before we land, clearing cupboards, wiping down the clutter and dumping the bins, so our time goes on the checkout detail rather than tidying.

One more: look at your check-in inventory before you tick any add-on. The property is owed the state you received it in, no more. If nobody deep-cleaned the oven at the start, you are not obliged to pay to return it gleaming.

Booked an end of tenancy clean before handing the keys back. The team were thorough and the flat looked spotless by the end. Got the full deposit back with no quibbles from the agent.

Quick to reply, clear on the price up front, and they stuck to it. The kitchen and bathroom came up like new. Would book again.

FAQ

Price questions

What tenants ask when they are comparing quotes.

Will a studio really only cost £130?

In normal condition, yes. The figure climbs with property size, and every add-on carries its own listed price. We settle the final number in writing before starting, and it holds.

How come other firms undercut you?

Two usual reasons. Some post a low headline and load extras on the day. Others quote a visit far too short to reach checkout standard. Weigh up the total you will genuinely pay, whether the guarantee is written down, and what recourse you have if the agent flags a thing.

Might the price rise once you are here?

No. It is agreed in writing beforehand. In the rare case a property is far worse than we were told, we raise it and talk before we start, never spring it afterwards.

Can a house share divide the cost?

Yes. It is a single booking at one fixed price, split any way the house likes, usually evenly across the tenants.

What does that price actually cover?

The complete room-by-room checkout: kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, skirtings and the insides of the windows, with every product and tool supplied by us. Deep cleans of appliances sit on top as priced extras.
